These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and the products and services offered by Welzin LLP (“Welzin”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including Welzin Bootcamp and Startin. By accessing the site or using a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the products.
Use of the site and products
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the site and products for your own lawful, internal purposes. The terms of any paid engagement (scope, deliverables, fees, and obligations) are set out in the separate signed proposal or agreement between you and Welzin; where those conflict with these Terms, the signed agreement prevails for that engagement.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be capable of forming a binding contract to use the site. Where a product requires an account, you are responsible for the activity under your sign-in and for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in uses an emailed magic link. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site or products in any way that breaches applicable law or these Terms;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to, probe, or disrupt the site, our systems, or other users’ data, except as permitted by our Responsible Disclosure policy;
- copy, scrape, resell, or create derivative works from our content without permission;
- upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content to any product.
Intellectual property
The site, products, and all content we provide (including text, design, code, logos, and marks) are owned by Welzin or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to a product, and you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you. Deliverables created under a paid engagement are governed by the IP terms of that engagement’s agreement.
Third-party links and services
The site may link to or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
Disclaimers
The site and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Educational and informational content (including blog posts and whitepapers) is provided for general guidance and is not professional, legal, or financial advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Welzin will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or products. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Welzin harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site or products.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts at our registered place of business in India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site, subject to any arbitration clause in a separate signed agreement.
