Who reads what I send?
A senior engineer, not a sales development rep. The people who would scope and build the work are the ones reading the first note, so the reply is technical rather than a qualification call.
What should I include?
The problem and the number attached to it. Anything else - stack, data, timeline, what you have already tried - helps, but the metric is what makes the first reply useful instead of generic.
Do I need a spec before getting in touch?
No. Most conversations start from a problem rather than a specification. Scoping it down to a single metric and its milestones is part of the work, not a prerequisite for it.
What happens after the first conversation?
If it is a fit, you get a scope written against one business metric, priced on that outcome and its milestones rather than open-ended hours. If it is not a fit, we say so and point you at what is.
Where are you based, and does the time zone work?
Welzin is based in Chandigarh, India, and works remotely with teams across the United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, and India. Overlap hours are set per engagement.
