Welzin is a full-stack AI and data firm that designs, builds, and operates production AI systems for startups and enterprises. Its work spans five disciplines: data science, predictive analytics, AI engineering with retrieval-augmented generation, copilots, and agents, MLOps and AIOps, and the product engineering that ships them. Welzin was founded by Aman Mundra, a machine-learning engineer with more than 10 years of experience at PayPal, Koch Industries, TransUnion, and HPE. The firm runs each engagement with one senior pod that owns the work from discovery through to a system in production, with no hand-offs to juniors, so the same engineers who scope a system are the ones who build and operate it. Welzin is based in Chandigarh, India, and works with clients across the United States, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, and India. Every engagement is accountable to the single metric it agrees to move.

Most AI consulting stops at a slide deck or a proof of concept. Welzin’s founders are ML engineers from PayPal-scale production systems — authorization-rate, retry, and payment-routing models — where a model that isn’t live isn’t real.
So the firm is built the way those systems were: senior engineers only, no juniors, no hand-offs between strategy and shipping. Aman Mundra (Amandeep Singh) is Founder & CEO of Welzin, a full-stack AI and data firm, and Co-founder & CEO of CogNerd, a platform that tracks how AI engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity see brands.
